Upper Colorado Rafting Half-Day Adventures

This family friendly scenic half-day Colorado white water rafting trip launches at the Pumphouse launch site and we raft to the Radium take out.  We will raft approximately 5.5 miles of mostly Class I/II water, with one Class III rapid.  This trip consists of a beautiful scenic float down to the canyon, and in the canyon is where we will experience most of our rapids.  At the end of the canyon we typically stop at the famous Jump Rock (13 years and older) and Punk Rock (all ages) for a jump into the river for those who are inclined.

Trip Meeting Times: 8:30 am  / 1:00 pm

The minimum age for rafters on this adventure is 4 years old.

The legal capacity per raft is 10 customers.  Please note that we may reduce capacity in a raft due to water levels or weight distribution.  We always try to keep groups together, but please note there is always a small possibility your group may be split between rafts if necessary.  Thanks for your understanding.

No experience? No problem. The Upper Colorado is one of our favorite trips for first-time rafters because it’s approachable, scenic, and packed with fun. Your guide will teach you everything you need to know and keep the trip engaging from start to finish.

Expect a healthy mix of splashes, laughs, teamwork, and amazing scenery. You’ll work together as a crew to navigate the rapids, celebrate every successful run, and probably get a little wet along the way.
